A small brokerage, by design — so you actually know the person handling your case.
Kielman Mortgages is an independent advisory firm built around one rule: your adviser must be able to recite your situation from memory before they recommend anything.

A real office you can sit down in
Personal advice, start to finish — with one named adviser.
Built around the conversations the big lenders stopped having.
We started Kielman Mortgages after years inside larger firms where every client was a case number and every recommendation came from a script. We wanted to build something smaller — where advisers carry no more than a few dozen cases at any one time, and every client meets a real person before signing anything.
Founded by advisers who got tired of call-centre mortgage broking
Caseload-capped: we never take on more clients than we can serve well
A real office with a real coffee machine and a real adviser at the desk
Whole-of-market by design — we cannot be pushed toward a single lender
Four principles that shape every conversation we have.
Most clients tell us it just felt different. These are the things we deliberately do differently — and the things we refuse to do.
We turn the phone off, not the case
After office hours we’re not picking up — but your application doesn’t stop. We move every case forward in working hours every working day until completion.
We tell you what we wouldn’t do
If a lender’s rate looks tempting but the early-repayment charge is a trap for your circumstances, we’ll show you why we’re not recommending it. Cheapest is not always best.
We don’t hide our fee
Where a client fee applies, you see the number before any application is submitted, with the lender procuration fee disclosed too. No surprises on the invoice, ever.
We keep records you can actually read
Every recommendation comes with a one-page summary of why it suits you, what it costs, and what the alternatives were — useful at the time and useful five years from now.
There’s a kettle on and a free consultation waiting.
Pop in, hop on a video call, or pick up the phone — whatever works. The first conversation is always free.
