Your bank can only offer you their products. We compare deals from 90+ lenders, many of which are broker-only, and we package the application so it lands first time. That usually means a better rate and fewer hold-ups.

Often, yes. A decline by one lender does not mean every lender will say no — different lenders weight income, credit history and deposit sources very differently. We will tell you honestly whether we can place the case and what we would change first.
